Intro to Fitness

This program is $45 and a great start to anyone’s fitness journey. You will receive 1 weeks of custom workouts, and 2 check-ins with your coach for guidance. Your coach will obtain information from you on where you are working out and what equipment you have access to, to create a workout custom to you.

12 Week Transformation

$99

4 Weeks of custom workouts focusing on your goals. Whether you are looking to get in shape for a specific event, train for an athletic event, recovery from an injury or just strengthen your body, this plan is custom made for you! This plan includes 4 weeks of custom workouts, updated every two weeks. It also includes a meal plan and supplement coaching, as well as weekly check-ins with your coach. All this for only a $99 one time payment.

In-Person Training

Pricing depends on services provided and length of commitment. In-Person Personal Training Sessions are priced by half hour or hour and available in Bulk Purchase. We also offer in person training to groups, couples, Parent/Child, etc. The best way for us to be able to provide you with a price for this service is to meet you in person.
